delicious supper- caramelized onions in coconut oil, added zucchini (yellow and green), garlic, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, pesto, and sliced up chicken turkey pesto sausages, smoky salt and pepper. noooooom nom nom umami nom
a delicious dinner. All I wanted was noodles. soooo being that I am not eating grains right now, I sauteed some onions/garlic/shallots in a little butter, and grated zucchini into it, stirred til hot, threw some cooked salmon in, a little smoky salt, a little tiny bit of grated goat cheese parmesan. It was the NOMS. and FAST.
1 can black beans (2 if you want THICK BEAN Soup) 1 can diced tomatoes 1/2 diced onion 2 sticks celery with leaves carrots would be good too and a little bit of whatever broth you have around, I used chicken tsp diced garlic salt n pepper
cook. in the morning add a half a can corn adjust spicing
